Rotate the Viewport around selection or Gizmo
Hi there, and thanks to yall for your precious help !
I was pretty sure, Google being my best friend, that I'd find this somewhere, but can't I can't seem to...
When you work on a quiet big Marvelous scene and you have many objects I find it very frustrating to have this viewport rotating around who know's what. I'd like it to rotate around my click, around the gizmo, or around the current selection. Something logical like ZBrush, Maya or 3DCoat would do for example. Is there any way to configure that ?
Thanks in advance !

Try to 'Frame' your selection with 'F' then it should rotate around it

I'm not sure what the 'frame' with F reference is about, I have never heard of that.
As far as I know, MD 3D scene rotation always uses the 0,0 origin as the axis. Sometimes you can get it to temporarily shift off center, but it always goes back.

F = Focus Zoom
Pretty much any 3D software have this function.
Select any piece you want (2D or 3D), then select the 3D View and Press 'F' -- It'll zoom on it and now your camera can turn around it
Pretty useful, not sure how you never heard of that
