Material clinging in to itself

Ask about specific settings, like fabric properties, or the difference between the sewing tools. These would be things you would expect to see in a software manual.

Overall, your project is looking quite good! Bravo!

As for the interaction between the boots and the jacket: (assuming that the boots are also MD cloth creations...) once the various layers have mostly settled into their relative layer-position, it's usually best to then reset ALL of the layers back to a layer 0 (zero) setting. MD is pretty good at keeping the layers separate after it 'learns' what is to go in which layer.
Give that a try first.
If that doesn't settle it, then we can try to find out what else may be happening...

So I was given revision suggestions from the concept artist.

Went back in, made changes.
reduced my pieces to 5 particle distance.
Simulated>exported OBJ's Triangles. Fine.

Wanted Quads, so converted to Quads.
Simulated> exported OBJ's, and I get this no matter what settings I use. (i had some luck with 'thick') but shouldn't have to export a double sided.

Also, for some reason, when I export an FBX, the program just terminates, no errors, just poof!

ahhh so close! haha =)
