Hi,
Working on this piece based on the product pic. Hmm, the shoulder wrap around seems more complex than it looks.

Here are a couple of examples of this kind of collar, and how they fit onto the bodice:

I would start with the one on the right of the screen (that open in the front), and alter the pieces so it makes that overlap and sew it together.

(p.s. .....that's more of a cocktail (party) dress. I don't know of many offices that would accept an off-the-shoulder, side-slit dress.)

Hahah, yes, its a bit too 'hot' for a casual business, but those online shop labelled as such.
