How to make a baby shoe in MD

Hello Guys, i am trying to make this shoe in MD but haven't made one yet that look exact the grey or pink one.
2 Cicrles, the bottom one pressure i kept -4 and the upper one +4, ,made a hole in the upper one. But it didn't work :(.
Can any one please make a tutorial of it?

Did you try to add 3d base as avatar in MD & then cover it with clothes ?

al-kabeer.m-asim-j is correct. If you create an object to "mold" the shoe around it would go much easier. You don't really want to use an avatar foot, because the toes will probably protrude out of the pattern.

Apply some elastic to the top of the pattern to get it to pull together like that. I would also make a little sole and put sides on it for better shaping.

Just some suggestions.

ahh ty every one, after a long time i just logged in. I have no idea why i don't get notifications on my email
I made it in 3ds max.
