Re: Virtual Fashion Show using MD/Clo3D
The CLO and MD products are very different. MD is for 3D graphics and CLO is more garment industry. Although you can have a walk animation in MD, I think you are more interested in the CLO version. CLO is what fashion designers would be using. I was able to find animation in the CLO manual. There ar...

Re: Newbie - Collision Problem
As Rosemary said, it would be great to see your pattern layout in the 2D window. Once thing I do see is the blue outlines indicative of using the Layer property on the patterns. Did you set Layers in the Property Editor? It isn't a good idea to use those unless absolutely necessary. They are very fi...

MD in the News
Some of you might find this article interesting. These people seem to be somewhat clueless about the industry. We've all been using characters (avatars) that don't necessarily match our own gender or ethnicity for many years. It isn't until someone gets attention on social media that it becomes news...

Re: Making adjustments after setting arrangement point
Hi Pete, To the best of my knowledge the answer is no. Your fine tuning is not saved. Sometimes it doesn't even go back to the last position using an AP. It can be a bit random. Sometimes I use Undo (ctrl/cmd Z) to put things back to their positions prior to simulation. This can go horribly wrong on...

Re: Layer clone over issue
It is a little hard to tell what is going on. The closeups are nice, but I can't get an overall picture of the garment. It looks like maybe your issue is Particle Distance? If the PD is set high, it can cause some weird things to happen at seams. Try to lower the PD (Select pattern > Property Editor...

Re: Layer clone over issue
Hi Pedro,
I'm sorry the attachments weren't working. I didn't know there was a problem. They should be working now. I'm attaching an image to test it.
Please post your images so we can see what the issues are and try to help you.
Thanks for telling me about the problem.
Lori

Error Reporting Not Working?
Are any of you having problems with the in-system MD error reporting? If I use the question mark button in the upper right (?) it opens a browser page with:
An error has occurred.
Please try once again.
It has been this way for a few days. Do the rest of you get the same?
