Hey Diane, I think the problem you are running into is coming from MD, though, I am very much a newbie with MD. You will have to do all the animation in DAZ or have a 'green screen' type of environment to animate in MD. Not sure if that is possible.

Yes is the simple answer but the problem with uniforms is there are hard, or metallic parts that must be made in another 3D modeler. From what I understand, MD is for cloth. Sorry to replying on such an old post... If you are designing for DAZ using Victoria 7 shouldn't be the first choice. Victoria 7 is based on Genesis 3 Female. That's what you want to design your clothing off of. With DAZ's auto fit, if it fits G3F, it will fit all of G3F based figures including V7. ...
